Vibrating Screens

Industrial vibrating screens are commonly used for sieving, cooling and conveying granular and milled materials, grains etc.
Horizontal and vertical movements of the eccentric masses convey the material, which is separated by the screen, to the outlet.
The eccentric rotating mass vibration motors are suitably sized and mounted on a robust frame.
The screen is suspended on springs that are adequately sized to maximize the operation of the eccentric rotating mass vibration motor.
The size and capacity of the vibrating screen are tailor-made to the customer’s needs. They can be made of painted carbon steel or AISI 304 stainless steel.
The AISI 304 stainless steel mesh can have different aperture sizes for best separation of powders and granules with different particle sizes.
